Neeman and his team at TX Platinum construction recently finished the roofing insurance claim on my house in Little Elm, TX. Neeman was personable, prompt, and professional throughout the whole process. Even though the insurance company gave us a few hiccups, we worked through it. The new roof, vents, gutters, and exterior package gave our house a much needed facelift! The work was completed the right way by hard workers, who take pride in their trades.

I'm a little late in posting my review but it doesn't change how great of an experiencewI had working with Neeman. He was transparent, responsive, and candid which are traits I look for when I'm selecting a company. He took the time to walk me through the process and I was able to learn a few things along the way. I know when I need roof work done, I'll be contacting TX Platinum Construction.
I am an out of state property owner and my property sustained hail damage to the roof, windows and gutters. I went on Yelp and requested several bids. Tx Platinum Construction was by far the most thorough in explaining the process and going over my insurance companies claim form line by line. Their adjuster inspected the property and found significantly more damage than my insurance company adjuster. Neeman worked directly with my insurance company to cover the additional damage which was substantial. Again, Neeman went over my insurance companies amended claim form line by line. The work was performed on a timely and I received the appropriate documentation including arial photos to provide to my insurance company so they would reimburse the recoverable depreciation. The entire process was conducted by phone, zoom meeting, text and email. I would highly recommend Tx Platinum Construction based on their thoroughness, professionalism and quality work product.

Tonight as we were having dinner, a crazy storm blew through and scattered some egg-sized hail which smashed through our skylight. I searched via Google immediately to get help with repairs and I found Texas Platinum Construction listed with excellent reviews so I gave them a call. Neeman answered the call and said he and his team would be at our house in 20 minutes. It was miraculous how swiftly they arrived considering it was a little after 6 pm on a Friday evening. They proceeded to inspect the situation and offered us options with the repairs. They had the hole in the skylight patched promptly and they did it under tough circumstances on a steep roof which was slick and wet. The wind was really blowing and the sky got very dark, but they were committed to getting the job done, and were friendly throughout the process. They also ordered us a skylight replacement and informed us that all should be back to normal in a week or so. I am grateful for their service and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with roof or related repairs. These guys ROCK!! Thanks so much!!

They were good when they were working with insurance company, great install. When I had to work with them on the money aspect, they were jerks! They were suppose to make 9 repairs (which solar panel installers messed up) to the roof and their guy could only repair 1 of them and still charged me the full amount quoted for 9 repairs. Edited: Neeman called and resolved this communication error! What a great company to contact me and solve this problem. This shows me how concerned they are about their work and customer relations.

TX Platinum was recommended to us by our realtor for both hardwood floors and house painting. They were professional and right of the bat made us feel comfortable regarding the process and the approach. They walked around the house, asked us what we wanted to get done, provided different options, and finally gave us a quote. This definitely put our mind to ease. The Hardwood floors were first laid, and as the last step of the flooring process, we were asked to select the stain and the finish. Before our house was painted, we tried out several samples in different rooms with their help and they provided helpful opinions along the process. They even brought certain things that were beyond the scope of the project to our attention, which we appreciated very much. Upon completion, we did a walk through and the last few items that we observed during the walk through were completed by their crew per our satisfaction. Our experience with TX Platinum was awesome and our house looks great. We are very glad that we went with TX Platinum.

Amazing! Not often does a construction company deliver on ALL that was promised, but we found the UNICORN! Detail oriented, driven by excellence, timely, efficient, communicative, and not satisfied with providing anything less than perfection. Neeman offered to do a lot, and Hector and his team delivered on all of it. Full house exterior paint job (brick, siding, trim and doors) after repairing 27ish years of wear and tear, including replacing the chimney siding. We are so pleased with their work! Very responsive all the way - from appointment request to finishing the work. Very professional, showing me the problems on the roof which needed caulking to prevent leaking with a computer camera,. The work schedule was quick and the repairs quick too, in and out in one day; quiet and clean! Waite review after severe storm and it held like a dream. I will use this company again. We had a leak after having our roof recently replaced, but that other company "went out of business," or more likely, "scammed" us and our insurance agency so that their 20 year warranty wouldn't have to be utilized. After that terrible experience, I was very hesitate to trust another company, so I went to yelp to find a company with high reviews and came upon Texas Platinum Construction. I requested a quote late at night, and within minutes I received a call. Right then I decided that these guys cared enough that they answered the request at 10 pm on a weekend. I'm so glad we did! Our roof turned out beautifully, and he was always looking for deals from his suppliers. One of the shingle colors happened to be getting discontinued, so he called us and said that we could upgrade our roof for no extra cost if we decided to change the color of the lesser roof we'd settled on and go with the color of the shingles being discontinued. Our roof is now one of the most beautiful on the block with gorgeous 3-D shingles and 3-D ridge caps. He even offered to mow our lawn as we were a few days behind and with all the rain, well, it was pretty tall when he came to visit and he recognized that we work long days and hadn't had a moment to get to it. Such a genuinely caring man who runs a fantastic company. We won't hesitate to utilize them in the future for our repairs and upgrades!

Our roof was damaged in the hailstorm of March 2019. I had purchased only one roof years prior and knew first hand of the industry’s stigma. I was reluctant of the whole process. When I met Neeman Fazli, his approach felt completely different than the other roofers. He is sincere, very careful with his work, and methodical about his processes. I could tell he truly wants to do good work. Our project involved replacing the roof, the AC unit, and 80 ft of fence. From my view, hundreds of details to coordinate…but TX Platinum made it super easy over the 3 to 4 month process. They know what’s required to get things done as efficiently and painlessly as possible. Projects like these never go without obstacles, and it was how Neeman navigated through those obstacles that truly made the experience great! Other things I never thought I’d say about my Roofing Contractor… • I have been pleasantly surprised along the way by TX Platinum Construction’s actions. Neeman took care of us, we got way more than we bargained for! We were a le to get an 8ft fence, 30 year roof with guarantee workmanship for 10 years, gutters, screens, entry way lightixtures, garage door, a d motor. The work was professionally coordinated, and professionally completed, even my wife gave me the credit for hiring Neeman!

We were under a tremendous time crunch to sell our house. Our agent wanted everything done in under two weeks so that we could get on the market as quickly as possible. TX Platinum Construction not only stepped up to the plate, they exceed both my agents and our time table. They were done in six days. Full roof replacement. Full gutter replacement. Full solar screen replacement. Full painting of the exterior of the house and fence. And on top of all that specific interior requests to help make sure the house was ready to sell. For a 4K square foot house, that was simply amazing. They handle everything from beginning to end. Especially the insurance part of it. We could not ask anything more of TX Platinum. Our house sold in the time frame necessary. We would be remiss not to give TX Platinum their due credit in helping make that happen.

Neeman and the team were super helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had the best possible experience. We discovered a leak in our son's room only a couple years after having our roof replaced with something that was supposed to be superior to what we had. Neeman showed us where corners had been cut leading to the problems we were facing. He helped us to replace our roof and even managed to work out a deal to save us money and get us an upgraded product from what we originally agreed on. He also helped us to replace our garage door, get our fence repaired and stained, our kids play set repaired and stained and fix and paint several sections of siding on our house so that it would match the rest of the house. We were really happy with the whole experience working with Neeman and TX Platinum. We only had a minor gutter repair, but Neeman responded within minutes to my quote request and was out here the next day to take a look. Within 48 hours we had a new 22-foot section of gutter in place. Neeman also made sure the roof around the gutter repair was in good shape and confirmed no additional work was necessary. Though it was only a small job, Neeman took the time to come by and explain everything thoroughly, so we knew exactly what to expect. He was polite and professional. If we ever need more extensive roofing work done, we will be happy to call Neeman first.

Due to some HVAC issue, there was a sudden water leak in the ceiling of our home and it occurred ~ 9 pm over the weekend so we started to panic as we had no prior experience to deal with such unexpected event, also due to weekend I was not expecting an immediate response from a professional service company, I made a quick search on yelp and google and shortlisted 3/4 companies and started calling them one by one but after contacting multiple contractors that did NOT answer, thank God Neeman from Tx Platinum Construction answered the phone 😀 and was extremely accommodating and helpful.
